We are pleased to welcome you to "The 16th International Conference on Near-Field Optics, Nanophotonics and Related Techniques (NFO16)".
NFO has been held every second year since 1992, making it the leading conference in this area. Travelling between Europe, Asia and the Americas, in 2020 NFO visits Canada for the first time and will be held in the beautiful city of Victoria.

Victoria has an international airport (YYJ), and can be reached by ferry and floatplane from Vancouver and Seattle. (There are also ferry routes to Port Angeles and other destinations).
August is a very busy tourist season in Victoria so delegates are encouraged to book hotels early to ensure reasonable pricing and availability.
